I replied wrong by starting a new discussion, so let me try again. What happens to my old information on my old PI site? I have a lot of stuff that I am just parking there, thoughts, you know. I figured your server would outlast my computer. should I be taking steps to preserve that stuff. My private forum and my library docs especially

Our plan is to keep that site up.
We will not be able to transfer everything but we will be keeping it up.

Over time this will become the larger community as we'lll be adding a mall where members can buy and sell things a business directory and more.

The docs will be there and web address will remain the same.

I woudl move some as we expect a lot of trafifc when we start emailing 200,000 members and inviting them here.

Only abundant members will be able to start a blog or have a group.

Thats why we're only letting in abundant members. The code is being finished now.

I do believe eventually the old site will go " read only ??? "

So it is a good idea to transfer stuff to here, too.

I must tell you that I am so confused! I am embarrassed to say that I've avoided Facebook and MySpace like the plague because I simply don't understand them and how they work! Is there a handbook for understanding how this new incarnation of PI works???

Also, I don't want to lose my Easy World Forum (or my Raise Your Frequency! Forum)--what happens to thriving forums that are built on the old platform? I trust the archives will remain available?

AND, when someone invites you to be their friend and you click the link you get in your email announcing that, I don't see a place to accept--does that automatically happen?

Sheesh! I'm hoping this will all make sense to me soon!

I am in the same boat as you Julia. I just joine today, you can view my profile. I also posted a discussion but i have no clue who is reading my comments or replying. I am very interested in the Raise your frequency forum do i need to be invited. Sorry to impose but if you get any replies to your Q's would you pass them on to me at 9sacha@gmail.com. Tks a bunch!

Hello,

Where the question is asked is where you will receive answers. You will get notied in your emauil of a response to your question.
To join a forum, just go to the forum and on the left you can click to join. Do this for all forums you desire.
Comments, all can see and you can reply to them either by doing so on your page or click reply back which takes you the their page so you can leave a comment.

Guess what I also avoided those for the same reasons but I am now happy to say that I am not only getting use to this place I am finding more and more new and amazing things I can do by the day!

And I still do not know the half of it, I just decided to just have fun and go with the flow!

Which I consider good since it's supposed to be my place ..LOLOL!! :-}

You can clcik the friend link if they are here that says ad friend.
You need to be logged in to see it.

Your forums will all remain at the other site.

This is a good video onw what this, myspace and the rest are all about :)

well, I just complained about the advertising on my page in the advertising rates thread so now you are probably not happy with me, but I am looking for tech support. I took my blog of of "my page" knowing that there would be a tab up top to flip to it and my page was just so BUSY looking. But now I have added some theta music to my main page and when I flip to my blog it doesn't play soooo I am thinking that I want to put my blog back on the page or can the music play on all of my pages? It is a focusing music and I do some very neat emotional and creational stuff with it and the slide show is really great for that, but I sure would like to blog to it and read my various blogs to it. Boy would I like that.
