Hello.

I have just recently become familiar with the secret and am having trouble keeping my mind off of the negative thoughts that constantly occur from issues in my life. I wonder if anyone knows about a way in which a can keep my thoughts positive always so that i can in turn my thought frequency to positive.

Mitch, I think this discussion is more regarding the technicalities of this forum.

The problem that most people have when starting with the secret is that they sometimes expect too much too soon. In fact we are all just beginners on the road to mastering the LOA (enlightenment) and we need to set challenges for ourselves in that manner.

I would recommend that you take baby steps towards your goal of positive thinking. Lets face it, the mind is a very complex machine and we can't just switch of half of it and it's emotions in the blink of an eye. I would suggest that every time you start thinking negatively you should firstly OBSERVE that feeling and how it makes you feel. Everytime you get angry, irritated etc. simply observe that feeling.

Secondly, when you realize that you are thinking negatively, say to yourself - Okay, I am negative, but I am starting over NOW. I am changing my thoughts NOW. You will be surprised how good a process like this works. But like any process that leads you to a better place - you will HAVE to stick to it. Every minute, every hour, every day...

The key at the beginning is to OBSERVE. Everytime negativity steps in just observe it. Don't judge it or think too much about it. Just observe. The next time you realize you are negative, you will laugh at yourself! It becomes a trigger for positivity... Another thing that I like to do is think of all the BAD things that I am attracting when I am negative and what influence it might have on my friends, family, health, happiness etc. That is a good enough reason to change your thoughts right THERE and THEN! The LOA is very powerful and it works everytime - gauranteed.

Oh, and it is not easy in the beginning so DON'T GIVE UP!!! By discovering the secret/ LOA. you have the power to change your life...

Become the obeserver of your own thoughts and you will control your destiny...

Today I tried to send an e-mail out to the friends on my list and I received a message stating I am allowed to send out e-mails to a max. of 100 recipients. Is this new or is this an error?

This is not a new thing at all, Ning did this a revision or two ago and is standard practice.

No matter what, please ensure that it is good for all in accordance to spam laws of this site.

HI Wayne....could you enlighten me.....I know there is another way to send your emails to all your friends where it actually gives you the option to click on their names, and yes, max of 100 at a time....But you don't always get that option from a drop down list of names - I can't remember how I did it - but I have done it before.....

Near the upper right area, click on compose.'
A page opens and you can select specific people to email to.

Thanks for the fast response! I do realize certain measures need to be taken to control spam and I am all for that. I just do't remeber having that issue the last time I send an e-mail out to my list.

* Futuroception by Peter Lemans
Can anybody tell me whether these are related to The Secret?
I feel that especially combining The Code with The Secret would lead to great results.

For various personal reasons I would like all posts I have posted minus ones like "What do you allow?" and "What are your intentions? What do you appreciate?" deleted. I want anything and everything deleted including at the old forum. I have a clear intention for why I desire this, only ask and I shall receive. If anyone here can do this it would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to keep everything I have on the Abe group, Chris's Namaste, Catlovers, Bob Vadas' group, and Meeting In the Ladies Room. I have no idea how I would do this. It would take me months to sift through all these posts and erase and than I would not know where I posted to, or were all posts deleted.
