I will write feel good & appreciation statements in my book to start the day.
I will go and visit my family this always makes me feel very happy
If the weather is fine I go fishing and enjoy a pleasant day near the ocean and appreciate nature..

I'm going on a date with a guy I have an amazing story with that goes back many years. I'm going to enjoy every minute of that! We have lived parallel lives in many ways. It's all a miracle and I just love telling it. It's long though, so I will tell it once things come together more for us.

Maybe not this weekend but this coming Wednesday thru the following Friday my family and I will be visiting Hawaii. Three days in Honolulu and then taking a cruise to all the other islands. I don't know how much happier I can get?

what I do to allow Happy moments is to be present and not but my happiness at some future time. ALL we EVER HAVE is the current moment be happy NOW.

I will savor every word of the book I just bought, " Having it all" by our beloved John Assaraf!

I am spending the weekend soaking this book up and hanging out with my amazing family!

Tomorrow night I will go to see two bands play - each band has several of my friends in it - and I am going to savor and love every note they play and tell them how wonderful they are!

I am going to watch my husband with his feet kicked up watching t.v. and smile for his joy and the fact that it is the weekend.
I am going to fill all of my orders of scroll necklaces and smile because I am making my dreams come true while I help others create their own dreams...........

I know I live a very charmed existence.

I am so very happy that I have the capacity to recognize the happiness as I experience it's passing every moment I live. Each day I experience the inward and upward journey of feeling good and knowing I am moving toward truth, beauty and goodness.

My prayer to God the Father/Mother is that I expand my capacity to experience more love and joy every moment. To expand my capacity to appreciate love and joy in my every day life. It is in the here and now that I connect to the eternal life.

Thank you for this. Thank you for that. And, thank you for every thing in between.
