Is someone being tortured?!

If you mean insomnia. Yes. Refined sugars especially can contribute to health problems. Not to mention that refined sugar is also food for dangerous bacteria. Sugar, by definition of the word. Is poison....

I don't eat anything that god didn't make. When I have a sugar craving. Raw, organic, unheated honey does the trick. I also use agave necter when I make granola snacks to munch on thru-out the day.

I avoid refined sugar at all costs. It can lead to so many health risks that I legally can't claim ;(

I am lucky here. I have a Trader Joes and a Whole foods. Whole Foods would carry it for sure. I always shop organic also.... Its expensive, but a lot cheaper then hospital bills.

At the first sign of a headache. Drink a big glass of water! Most people will just go pop an Advil and forget that the main cause of a headache... is dehydration.

If you are doing a heavy detox, especially using Olive leaf extract and Chlorella, expect a headache. Sometimes a massive one.

But the first health advice I usually give people... Anti-Oxidants. You can look under my profile for more info. That link I provide is the best whole food supplement company I have seen. (try to find one bette, you won't)

Your body is your Temple. Keep it clean. Eat a wonderful abundance of the food that the Creator made. And if your an atheist, eat the food that was originally produces by the big cosmic accident. Don't trust food made by mad scientists. Avoid genetically modified foods. Men playing god with our food doesn't seem like its working to well.

And for those of you who are not aware, google "codex alimentarius" Thats the UNs plan to take control of supplements. They want to make certain vitamins illegal, so that you have to get a Dr.'s prescription for it. It is a Fascist agenda. Just to benefit the drug companies which are going under. Make yourself aware so you can squash it when it comes.

Just google Codex Alimentarius. They are pretending its for our health and safety. Its really just another agenda to make us dependent on the government. Just like we are for energy, travel, education. Now they want to control the food.

I am not a big fan of the UN. I don't think Americas military should be the UNs lapdog. The UN Charter is not compatible with the US Constitution. The US Constitution believes in property rights. The UN thinks the governments should own everything, including your right to food.The UN is very socialist. Thats a polite way to say fascist. The US Constitution says our creator gave us our rights and they are inalienable. The UN says, that government grants you rights. If thats true, then they can also take them away.

Any centralized power kind of scares me.
