1. I will draw my boundaries.
2. I will wait for 1 hour before expressing negative thoughts or emotions.
3. I will do one great thing for ME each day.
4. I will embrace 2 positives for every negative thought.
5. I will remind myself that I have many more lifetimes to fix up what I don't do best this time... and then I will think, why not do it the best I can this time.

I disagree with u about 2. I will wait for 1 hour before expressing negative thoughts or emotions.
U have to express ur negative emotions or they will dominate for u and u will always feel angry!

I understand what you say. I say that because I've lived with a drunk for years and the creative residue that drips off my quick anger is not serving me.
I am in the process of ending the relationship. He has moved to another room and looking for new accommodation as we speak. During this transition time, I will wait one hour to get my mind straight.
1. I will learn to control my self.
2. I will stop feeling like crap for no reason
3. I will do effort to not let negative stuff put me down.
4. I will do the stuff I must do in time.
5. I will be nice with the people around me.
