Abraham-Hicks "Think and get slim" DVD Can someone please answer some questions??

I got these new DVD in the mail last week and have watched them 3 times, Although I fully understand what Abraham is saying, I don't know what the process is. I understand that my thoughts need to be "down stream" I understand that I need to sink up vibrationally to what I intend and to what I want.
So here is my question, I want to lose over 100 pounds. What do I need to do on a daily basis to get my thought and emotions in line with source? it is impossible for me to pretend that I am not overweight becasue it is there in the mirror, I feel it's heaviness everyday, it's the first thin I think about when I wake up in the morning!!
What specifically do I need to do, say, change?

The secret to a fantastic body is this -

* Do not focus on overweight. You attract more of what you focus on.

* Focus on good health. It doesnt not matter what you look like NOW - what you now see in the mirror is a residue of your past thoughts and actions. The good things you do for your body today will show next week in the mirror. Eat fruit and vegetables, not too much meat. I personally never eat white bread, only very dark brown bread, but then...i'm dutch!

* And the most important thing - find a passion in life. Overweight and physical neglect are SYMPTOMS. They are a sign that you do not value life. Finding this value, this diamond within you is something only you can do for yourself.

* Make a deep commitment to yourself towards health, happiness and balance.

I am not a coach (i'm an architect, in fact i have a concept presentation meeting in some time, i need to go) but please feel free to contact me anytime on this forum.
By the way, i'm 165 cms tall and weigh 52 kgs. That would be about 5'5" tall and 114 pounds. I work out 3 times, at least 2 times a week in a gym. So i do practice what i preach.

I think this post is in line with the teachings of Abraham..........http://powerfulintent.ning.com/forum/topics/1335877:Topic:520064

And I so agree with Matalica about changing your focus to healthy rather than weight. I found that switching to raw vegetables (and for me it was a health motivation) helped me loose weight easily. And I'm not tired of the vegetables either!

When your self-worth is dependent on your weight you are stuck in feeling bad about yourself. Can you look in the mirror and list what you do well? Or start the list not looking in the mirror :-) ..... List WHO you are that is wonderful and has nothing to do with your body. Building self-worth helps in becoming a healthy weight. You believe you deserve to look good and be noticed.
