I want to do the affirmaitons on finding soulmate and maintain good health and calm (have mild anxiety).
Can I do the affirmations for two or must be specific on what you want per day? Like do the affirmations on finding soulmate and stay healthy per day? or must be one topic?
Better to keep it as one specific thing, otherwise you risk scattering your energies. What I would suggest is to prioritise them and then work on manifesting the one which is most important to you. Then you will probably find that it will have a knock-on effect in other areas of your life, and help other things to manifest.
In the beginning its better to start with one topic per se, as that way you can track your progress and evidence as and when it shows up, and depending on the topic and how much resistance you have, there may be a lot or nothing to clear in your pathway. Now soulmate/perfect health are good goals, but they are also huge goals to start with, so trying to do both at the same time is going to be very frustrating for you and difficult to track. Although having said that, as with any law of attraction tool - depending on how you are feeling too. If you feel good doing some affirmations on soul mates, and that good feeling continues and then you continue feeling good affirming about heatlh - great. However if like most people you start out feeling good, about soulmate, and then feeling not so good (about health) that is a signal from your inner being that you are off track.
Whats your experience of using several compared to using just one? Has it worked for you? Do you have examples you could share? Real experience always counts above theories - hence the question. I'm also curious too.
