Hi all :)
So i was wondering if there is anyone here into meditation?i'm not only referring to "professionals", just anyone in general.If so, how has it changed your life? I used to meditate occasionally but now i do it everyday and it definitely has me feeling better, i'm more mindful, easy- going and i'm beginning to truly accept myself for who i am etc.There are so many benefits that feed your soul, your life becomes better from the inside out

Long time meditation fan here. I’ve done everything from TM meditation to Ishayas' Ascension and beyond. It has changed my life in so many different ways, but if I think back to prior to meditation – I was a different person to now. It helps me stay in my body and not drift off into imaginery reality. It calms and relaxes and soothes me at a deep level. Also the space between thoughts is so much wider than. In the beginning I used to get frustrated as they were fleeting and seemed short, now I love when they show up. TM has a wide range of scientific proven studies as to the benefits (which they funded) but meditation is and can be done without paying out for those expensive lessons. Simply watching your breath coming in and going out of your body, and just observing is just as effective as a mantra session.
