Applying the Law just right
Hello everyone,
I've been gathering a lot of information about the Law of Attraction in the past few years but I still haven't been able to confirm whether it works or not.
Recently I figured out a little theory that I haven't been able to practice in public yet.
When you ask/visualize something the Universe will make it real. The problem is that when you ask or visualize this it is most likely that you won't get it, at least it was in my case: "I want that likes me a lot.".
Why didn't this work? I didn't tell the Universe that I wanted that girl/boy to like me a lot but what I actually said was "I want to like me a lot." or something similar to that.
If I'm right and this is true then I should change the way I ask for what I want.
What is most difficult for me right now is to figure out what questions I should ask when I'm trying to get a specific person to feel attracted to me.
Let's go back to the basics for a second. Most of the trainers that explain how the Law works tell you that you can attract anything for example. "I'd like to be rich." or "I'd like to be attractive.". These examples show that you're aiming at self-improvement. So I think I should in this case improve myself in such a way that I can make him/her like me.
This is where your intention to get to know him/her better probably is created. You try to find out more about him/her and find out what him/her likes and dislikes. People change for the ones they love because that makes it possible for them to attract each other.
Of course there are the people that experience the 'love at first sight' relationships but they're simply 'lucky', just to describe it quickly otherwise this post will become a very long one.
Still I'm not sure if this answers my question that was in the back of my mind while I tried to figure this out.
Does this mean that I can't attract a specific person?
Does this mean that I can make myself more attractive but that I will have to gather the information from outside?
I'd like to know what the others think about this.

I think that it is important to understand that all that you think you "need" from this person outside of you are reflections of what you want for yourself inside.....In that I mean, there will always be characteristic outside ourselves that we find appealing, and you may find yourself becoming so attracted to someone simply by their beauty.....all natural reactions and desires....
The reason why you are gong around in circles in your mind is obvious, you have been studying the principles here, and in this quest you are in search of self and NOTHING OUTSIDE OF YOU WILL MAKE YOU COMPLETE.....It is imperative that you fall in love with you and become so comfortable in your own skin, that anything outside of you is complimented by your presence.....If you put your focus on changing you to become something for someone else, you have actually gone backwards......Bringing forward your own true potential will allow you to attract the best things in life, including relationships....
Let me try and explain this with this example.....You meet this guy and he is so attracted to someone you know - you know her too so you constantly finding yourself observing her and pick up all her characteristics, the way she walks, talks, smiles, laughs, everything, and let's say you have the money and can cosmetically change your appearance to match every detail of this woman, down to the color of her hair - in essence you have become exactly what you think he is attracted to and spent alot of money and time becoming this for him - WILL THIS ENSURE YOUR RELATIONSHIP AND HAPPINESS? Absolutely not.....because in the process of all of this - you are really no longer you.....
So let's look at it another way, let's fill you up with all that is good and find a way for you to fall in love with you and change you on the inside.....I want you to become so loving and respectful of who you are inside because when you do this, the Universe will bring you all that you could ever desire. You beam with uniqueness and when you open your heart like this, the Universe will move people, circumstances and events to bring your dreams to you.....When you do these internal works, you do it for you, and not from a selfish view, from the view that you honor yourself and in that everything in your life becomes worthy, and you are now receptive of your own true potential.....this includes money, relationships, dreams, desires, every and anything.....
When you change inside, everything on the outside changes.....Look within!

Like Attracts Like. Your 'vibration' attracts "that" from those around you. We are all free 'Spirits'. You can control YOU. You can Not control others. Your Intent and/Desires are YOUR intentions and/desires. They may be similar to others....though may not be on the exact same frequency level as others. Yes. You can make yourself more attractive....that does not mean that the one you are 'aiming' for will find you in the same 'sense' that you find yourself. Those who find Love at First Sight are not Lucky. They have put out the same frequency and desires as each own individual self. Their Spirits are inter-woven as each of 'us' are inter-woven into each other and although we play a 'different' role within our Spirit Being, many of us 'attract' "that" which is equivalent to our own self. I hope I explained this easily for you. I just returned from work and was excited to assist. Should you need more clarity....please let me know and/one of us here could possibly better assist. You're right about that. :)
It is possible to influence someone without consciously using the Law of Attraction by for example talking to them or (the less bright side) by intimidating them. So why would it not be possible to do this using the Law of Attraction. :)
