Powerful Intentions: Law of Attraction Community

I have just seen a documentary about chernobyl accident, it was really horrible what happened there...

So many people dye, got sick, have deformities... but something really interesting is that they was sayong there is a group of 400 old persons who decide dto go back to the death zone (which was close due to the huge radiations there)... what was really surprising is that all of them are in great health, they didn´t believe about the radiation effects... and many other people who was esposed to the radiation for little time have dye or are very sick...

In the documentary they was saying that doctors and scientific couldn´t explain why radiation was not affecting those 400 persons, and that only explanation they coud give was the power of the mind...

But according to loa... how this people attracted that to happend, i mean so many dyed and got sick... it is possible all of them were on a frame of mind to attract this (it is highly unluckely), there was so many people, is hard for me to believe all of them at the same time attracted that...

As well so many babies have been orn aftter the tragedy with serious illness and mutations... how could be possible at all that they attracted something like this... cos they have been born like that... they didn´t have time to bring that into their experience...

I don't know, but I'm actually thinking about going there to take pictures.

I'm curious to hear if anyone has something to say. It really is a sad story. The worse regards the children born after the accident.

Read Mary T. Browne's 5 rules of thought. She was saying in that, actually, that victims of a plane accident are all vibrating on a frequency which matches an aweful event to occur; an accident, mostly resulting in death...and that everybody on that plane is emitting that same frequency, otherwise had someone have been on a different level such things would never have occured.

yeah, and what about people in that plane that are NOT thinking that at the moment. You mean to tell me that all 220 passengers plus the cockpit and crew are thinking all that? You mean to say that all 100,000 people are thinking about this happening to them?

100,000 people regards the population of the city of Chernobyl.

Have you read "Law of Attraction" by Abraham-Hicks. I'm just about done it - the part that stuck with me is the point about someone else swinging their arms in my face (the intentions/law of attraction of strangers). Babies/children have virtually no protection against someone else's intentions. So that explains to me why children get sick, are abused, etc. Can a parent's intention prevent a child from becoming sick? To a certain degree they can - but there are so many intentions around us in this reality...

So what I've come to understand is my intention to live a healthy, abundant, "secure" life has to be worked on constantly in order to keep someone else's life intentions (or lessen the chance) from swinging into my face.

Ok - so hurricanes and flooding - nature doesn't have intentions like us. Storms are forces of energy - in theory if we're surrounded by negative people, could their vibration attract the energy of storms, or magnify storm energy? Interesting idea.

Our intentions can put us in harms way of storms. Say your buying a property. Do you want an ocean front view? Do you want a river front view? Did you check if the property is in any kind of flood plain? Is the property in tornado country? Some have intentions of having these homes with views and then when Mother Nature swings her arms, who gets damaged? In their intentions, did they check to see how safe their homes were or what would be required to keep their homes safe from harm.

My former boss wanted to build a farm. Knowing that the property is on a flood plain, that floods every year in some form, he built his home on a foundation that is above the 200 year flood record. 2007 we were hit by floods that hit record highs - and his home remained dry. As he intended - he moved his livestock and machinery to higher pastures. He also knows that flooding is a constant threat to his property and sets his intentions to minimize any damage to his farming lifestyle and tries to make sure his intentions does not hamper his neighbours. If his home should be flooded in future years, he'll know his intentions were not strong enough. From time to time, someone else's intentions swing into his face (the economy for example). But he does his best to minimize those swings. While he may not know LOA he is conscious of the fact that he manifests what happens in his life.

Hands up how many of us live our lives by default, hoping that the intentions around us are good for us instead of putting focus and energy into our own intentions? In the past I was one of those people. I'm conscious now of what I'm intending (or not putting energy into intending). Example: when I get into my car, I state the intention to drive safely, to arrive at my destination on time and safely, and to be aware of the intentions of other drivers and pedestrians. In theory, the more I make this intention, the safer my trips will be because I have put more focus and positive emotion into this. Will it prevent me ever getting into a traffic accident - only time will tell. If I am involved in an accident, perhaps it will mean I will walk away with minor injuries instead of a fatality.

Back to Chernobyl - it's been a longgg time since I've seen any documentaries on it I don't remember actually watching one. So I'm going suggest - was there intent by all involved with the running of the plant to keep everyone safe? Or was there possibly intent to cut corners somewhere that compromised safety therefore leading to the meltdown? And was this intent more focused than the intent to keep everyone safe? The residents - did they all believe the plant was 100% safe, or was the belief that there was a lot of risk. How can we measure the focus of the residents and the plant personnel?

Here in Canada I don't live anywhere near a power plant. But if I'm to believe in the media at all, people have concerns about living safely near nuclear power plants. What's the thought focus of those residents and plant workers? "I hope we never have a meltdown" or "nuclear energy is unsafe" - negative vibration thoughts. Or is it a positive thought along the lines "Nuclear power is safe" "The plant workers are 100% safety focused".
