By not spending time focusing on why you don’t think it’s achievable. If you don’t believe, that’s okay. You will allow it as long as you’re not deliberately doubting it. If you focus on something else that was easy for you to feel satisfied, you would allow what you currently don’t believe you can achieve. In addition, the better you feel in general, the easier it is for you to believe.
If you feel negative emotion, that means you have a rocket of desire, but are focused on the lack of it, so you limit yourself by not allowing it.
