"Oh soo where did that come from, smart ass?!"

"So lets go deeper... end of the month? Fine-Nancy left you?"
"Yes, actually she's talking a foreign language...screaming at me in gobbledy-gook I can't understand"
"Go on then, do the 'what if?' dance...I dare you"
" What right here in front of everyone?"
"Yeah dare ya!!"
"Well..ok here are some slow moves...body's stiff...um what if I haven't got enough euros for my account to have a plus sign this month?"
"Yeah, go on...keep stretching."
"Well...I know this dance well, the consequences are scarey!"
"What sort of scarey?...I said keep stretching darn you..."
"Sort of bank letters scarey, sort of explaining scarey, sort of what-if-I can't afford-to-do-things scarey....wait for it...wait for it...I'm getting warmer...starting to turn around..."
"Now turn faster, go on lift those knees, stick your chest out...I might have to get cross!"
"Well the fact is that not knowing where I'm going or how to get there is awesomely, ferociously, ummm well, unknown!"

"Ok Im bouncing on the spot to get the height.....oof out of breath..keep going Jenni...
yes that's it...I sooooo desire the feeling of peace that will accompany this not knowing, when Fine Nancy comes to dinner evey day...I sooo desire to feel that all my needs are taken care of, that I can just get on with birthing beauty and truth....

"Faster then, get it out girl! Get out the 'what ifs' out of your system, out of your joints, your pre-occupations, your rythmn...it's ugly and not graceful and doesn't do any god!"

that the universe will support me (because it always has done so, so perfectly);
that it is my choice how to access the peace that I desire (as I do so, so bravely) ;
that it doesn't matter a jot what happens because I'm Jennalis Chrysalvere de L'Unicornelation and I matter and am amazing and am loved and nothing, but no-thing, no 'what-if's' in the whole cosmos can change that....wow I think I did a bit of an arabesque!"

"Its my choice....choose choose and choose again. If I want to feel like shit its so easy, if I want to feel great its so easy."

"Ok so it's feeling easier....I've stopped scaring myself and I'm feeling more supple already..actually I feel quite good now..."

"How's this? If we trust by repeatedly making conscious and deliberate moves towards the feelings that we wish to feel, concentrating on the dance in hand, remembering that our dance is just as magnificent as we wish it to be at all moments, that nothing but nothing can harm us but our lack of certainty about anything, that passionate detachment means not only offering up to the universe our joyous truth for the good of all but to detach from any self-imposed impediment to this offering with absolute passion"
"You're starting to look quite funky...how about doing the splits now?"
"I've never been able to do the splits..."

So I really know all the answers to everything if only I can remember this constantly? Is that it? Hey did you see how low I got there? My feet went quite wide! They kinda slid!"

Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful.
When I woke up Saturday morning feeling blue and tearful I did what I knew to do and didn't really shift the feeling that the awful what if's kept producing. Hmmmm I didn't shift the what if's did I?
If I had been dancing............WOW. Thanks so very much. I really DO love to dance too. Interesting how I allow the awfuls to make me forget to dance.
