So today I was quite depressed for no reason in particular, no one insulted me, everyone was good to me but I still felt weird, probably because of the fact that I am working a lot on my self in the past few days.

I would play video games, chat on the PI forum listen to all my favourites songs but nothing would work, I would feel weird.

So I just decided, fine let's exercise some and wow!!!! Feel soooo much better :) and it didn't cost me anything and I didn't have to ingest anything , except maybe some water.

Fine I might feel depressed later but I had a moment of good time at least.

one of the best ways I use to get me out of funks quickly is to go to FUNNY ANIMALS on Youtube...especially if I start my day with something to SMILE about...I will attract more things to smile about....exercise, water and funny animals...how wonderful....thanks for sharing...Luv ya, Priscilla
yep I second that! exercise is the ONLY & best way out of depression!

I use to jog & felt great but then stopped & fell right back down in the dumps, now I get my daughters skipping rope & do 100 skips which instantly changes my thoughts & vibration else where.

Your rite excercise DOESN'T have to cost u anything - u can jog, skip, run or even just jump or try dancing around the house while doing house work with loud funky music in the background! just do it! x

Yes! It works by releasing stagnant energy, pumping out those lovely endorphins and filling your whole body with oxygen and releasing toxins through your sweat. It's my "miracle army" against depression too.

Chinese people have a saying " when you're ill, go and fly a kite, " meaning that when you don't feel good, get out in the fresh air and get moving. I am a big fan of exercise, and walk a couple of times a day, as well as cycle to and from work. I have found that regular exercise, aside from keeping your body healthy, is also good for the production and release of endorphins (feel good hormones) the metabolism of food to create energy, blood circulation, and the clearing of your head. Being out in fresh air also helps your immune system to strengthen, and the sunlight is also good for the production of endorphins and the stimulation of the pineal gland. Basically, all things which help you to feel good, and which improves your point of attraction. 

I need to exercise more!
