I have severe eczema and I've tried everything from changing my diet to different creams and ointments and I even did a few eft sessions on myself for a few days..i've tried it all! I've always truely believed that skin problems are caused by the mind and can be healed by it too but I'm not sure where to start.Any suggestions?

Not specifically skin conditions but other things. The first step to "getting rid of anything" (which itself implies resistance) is softening your stance internally and becoming more accepting of it there. Resisting what is, that you don't like, is not going to make it go away, only the opposite. So try to to be more emotionally accepting of it first, before trying to change it. Try to understand it, be patient with it.
Thank you for your reply, I feel like lately I've been much more accepting of it and more patient and its been doing wonders for my mental health! Ive had times in the past where the eczema had subsided but I still had that heavy negative feeling, not necessarily because of the eczema but I think I just felt stuck in life but now that I have have let go of wanting a perfect life, perfect car, house etc and started loving me as I am I feel much better :)

I consciously IGNORED a Wart that had kept growing back on the palm of my hand below my thumb and it went away on it's own!

Thank you for replying, I read your post, very helpful.i think when you commanded the pain to go away it built your belief because your energy for not wanting that pain was stronger, you were not in doubt, if this makes sense :)
Skin problems are caused by resentments. The LOA cure for that is forgiveness. I would make a list of the people and things I resent and work on forgiving those things. Making a daily list of qualities you are grateful for is the way I found to work best.

I would make a list of the wonderful things about those people or the things that you resent. So if your boss is someone you resent, you might list 10 or more things that is good about your boss. Especially about his behavior.

I get this hot itchy like irritated rash after I take antibiotics this time and before it started I said... I want good skin etc blah blah.. it still started and then I just let it be like it wasn't even there I looked in mirror and didn't give it the time of day, it cleared up way faster then it usually does. Usually I freak out I change my soap I change the makeup, lotion, slather on different things, this time I just almost ignored it and acted as if it was not there..
