Sometimes I catch myself mid-thought and realize that I am judging. What are your tricks for not judging others? Not a huge prob for me but I wish I automatically didn't sometimes judge others.
In my opinion, even if you listen to the greatest guru's and experts they are making judgements, all the time. It isn't that you avoid all judgement and thinking 24/7, it is just that the process of "letting go" is all about becoming "the observer" in your natural state.
In fact, if you go around TRYING to stop judging, you will actually be judging when you are judging.
One of the things that spiritualists will do to get you to realize this, is they will want you to understand that there is only one; and when you are judging another, you are really judging yourself.... If you can soak that up, then you start to think differently....
But thoughts come and go, it is natural.
Be present but keep your thoughts empty... totally 100% focus on the event...
Since you are 'that' focus then you are not thinking... since you are not thinking then no judging.. :)
Easy, simply choice and being in present moment.
now you're judging yourself for judging, just be true to your feelings, they don't lie. a quote about judgement & self-judgement:
