I have realised lately that I need to practise self love and self commitment as these are my main blocks (I think) to manifesting my husband !
I never realised this until lately when I've noticed that I am a pleaser and generally fit into what people want me to do ie when meeting up with friends I tend to do the travelling more than then, I tend to be the first person to the bar getting the drinks in and I usually put myself out there and everyone has just got used to it and expects it of me so now... I'm living my life for ME and doing what I want to do and what makes ME happy.
I just wondered if anyone has any ideas on how to show yourself commitment because I read something lately that said if you want a committed relationship then you have to show yourself commitment first and I'm not quite sure what this means.
Any ideas ??
Well "practice" is a interesting word. For me rather than practise anything - I do it. LIke Nike advert "Just do it" is probably easier to understand because its a very basic LOA in a nutshell. Rather than desire for anything you step into the vibration fo being that and knowing universe provides your desires to you at the right timing, so you just step into enjoying life and having gratitude for everything showing up.
Yeeesss, great answer***** i love many answers here, like the one by Illusions!

Hi Dorothy and London Guy :)
So glad you find my answer helpful. :)
This answer became the basis for the Intermediate Exercise 1 of my modality: Emotional State Conditioning (ESC) which is part of Childhood Memory Transformation (CMT) Therapy. You can find the full details on ESC and how to use it, with all of the exercises, here: https://www.subconscious-reprogramming.com/esc.html
Since I wrote the reply here, back in 2012, I have discovered a lot more about the brain and body, self-love, and the subconscious. :)
Let me know if you have any questions or need clarification on anything.

Ah, you're very welcome, Dorothy! And big hugs right back to you! :) <3 <3
Thanks Odille - I definitely will take a look at that website. Thanks very much.
Hi! I’m a new user here and What worked for me is about taking it one step at a time. I believe that you cannot give what you do not have. So start by exercising your commitments on little things like being on time, keeping promises etc. That way, you start practicing those commitments on yourself too. Have a great day!
