Hello PI friends!
Hope everyone is safe and doing well.
Recently I experienced an event that felt very low on the emotional scale . It was no surprise that it reflected what I wanted and what I was vibrating. I have now decided to focus on the desired end result which rates high up on the scale.
I stop myself whenever my mind wanders to the event or brings up similar-feeling thoughts in reaction to that event. It took me a week or so and they seem to have stopped. I am finding it easier to focus on the end result.
Now I have read that we must think from the end always and not entertain any other thought.
But I am 'getting' thoughts that feel intermediate on the scale. I dont consciously create them.
There is much relief and hope and assurance in them. So they do feel much better. They seem to be helping me move away from the negative thoughts and feelings that I first started with. Not that I engage those negative thoughts anymore but they are in my memory.
What is that I am supposed to do? Do I entertain these intermediate feeling thoughts or simply ignore them and focus on the end result instead?
I would really appreciate your help.
i think it's always great to be as much natural as you can, you can not force yourself to feel/think something that you don't. As abraham says you can not go from feeling powerless to feeling extremely joyful, you will experience anger, frustration etc in the middle. So i would say that those intermediate thoughts have their important value, just don't be there more time that is necessary. i recently watched 2 great Abraham's videos that could help you,

Because I am not so concerned about this manifestation I am very easy going about it . That is why I didnt feel like I forced anything. I think of the desired end result very 'lightly' and let go of it. I do it only until it feels good.
Abraham always mentions the scale which is reflecting in my automatic intermediate thoughts. And like I mentioned, these intermediate thoughts do feel "better" . Again I let them go as soon as I feel like I am going down the scale.
I was confused because Neville teaches you to focus on the end only.

No problem! Yes i know about Neville's method and i like it! Just do what feels best to you at the moment.
