Is there any way to get sleep after meditation. Usually after meditation i never get sleep. Please suggest me any ways to get nice sleep after meditation :)

Do you snore?
Sometimes I find if I can't sleep, I just pretend to snore and act like I'm asleep, and it happens. It'll really help if you can completely relax your body, and then just pretend to dream as well. Other times I just visualize myself asleep already, and summon the feelings of gratitude that I'll have in the morning after a real good night's rest.

Now in your message you said, "Usually after meditation i never get sleep."

You see, you actually paved the way to not sleep by saying and thinking no sleep even though you wanted sleep.

The solution here would go something like this: "I don't now how I fall asleep so quickly after meditation, I only know that I do now and I am fulfilled."

What you have done here, Md, is to completely bypass the conscious mind which is the culprit that is keeping you awake. It is called The One Command. If this resonates with you just do a search on "The One Command."

Meditate at a different time of day.
Your Meditation style energizes you. Do it upon rising, and you'll have momentum for the rest of your day. I sometimes use self hypnosis to consciously go into alpha state, and just stay there until sleep comes naturally.

Meditation itself is a deep sleep in complete awakeness. Before you meditate you start to relax your body and then your mind through your contemplation on the flow of life breath. As you slow down and become more rhythmic with your breath and your mind merges in the flow of the Cosmic breath that plays through your nostrils, your whole system vibrates in the Alpha level of complete peace and rest.
As such if you are totally relaxed and surrendered to the Divine through your meditation practice then it is but natural that if you wish to get into sleep, you should be able to do that. It is only a disturbed mind, tense mind, which can not get into the peace of sleep. But meditation practice induces relaxation of the deepest level and very often the practitioner fall into sleep. It is only those who are very alert and conscious are the ones who can stay awake and enjoy the bliss of calmness and tranquility.
When after meditation you are ready for sleep, just take the peace of the meditation and watch your breath and its peacefulness and feel that you are blessed by a peaceful sleep. You won't even know when you have crossed the line of wakefulness into the silence of your soul to rest.

Well depends which type of meditation you are doing, but for most - doing it before sleep is never advised.  You see during deep meditaiton the body often relaxes and releases tension (which is partly why its not such a good idea to do before food for example).  However what does happen during meditation is the body actually regenerates and rejuvenates somewhat (which usually occurs during sleep).  You could try listening to some delta brainwave tracks.
