I love it. It's a reminder to just let our animals (and humans) follow their bliss more than we allow.
One of my relatives spoils her dogs to death and occasionally gets them a whole roasted chicken and puts it on a plate on the floor totally for them. The dogs go crazy with joy over it; I love how they act so busy and entitled over it. They're little dogs, so they don't eat the bones anyway. With a whole chicken, who cares about eating bones?
Sounds like me, VO. Our ol' hound Boozer used to love his Kibbles 'n' Chunks, but when I fixed a roast chicken dinner he got his nose all out of joint and forgot about his dog food. So I'd pick up his bowl and add some chicken meat and gravy to his regular food, and he'd go nuts over it.
Yeah, I spoil my dogs too . . . they're just babies, after all . . .
