You have one thing to do, do ANYTHING that you can do to break the patterns of thought. So meditation is the best thing that we know of because it causes you to focus in a way that will reduce the resistance

it is so true, but difficult to explain to others who are not into LOA, but that IS what we need to do, STOP, dont speak to anyone, dont go running off to a doctor etc because you can heal anything, you can change any situation but NOT if you start to share your negative feelings because then you have started to enter into the DRAMA. We heal everything by being at peace with where we are, clearing our mind of all our fears (negative thoughts) and relaxing into better thoughts.
We could take a cue from animals when they are sick, they go off alone to a quiet place and then they get well.
Mind you a good LOA friend will do the trick too, then you can just laugh about it and get into a better place even quicker.
