How do others handle insecure feelings/thoughts?
Stop thinking insecure thoughts about yourself. When you do you simply project it out and other people pick up on that frequency and some will match it, usually those with a lot of similar insecurities. Change the way you think about yourself and other people, people aren't just angry, if its happening outside of you it is happening inside of you. Re focus, think thoughts about yourself that you would prefer to feel.
