I'm not talking about manifesting inspiration, motivation or the means to exercise in order to get a muscular body. I'm talking believing you have that type of body and it changing on its own.
I think its more about offering acceptance to where we are currently at - wherever that is without any judgment or resistance. As that really feeds our bodies. We are generally taught judgment from early age growing up and we continue. Whatever judgment we place - we tend to focus on and we keep focusing on. Our bodies don't understand that we don't want (and interesting enough the words "don't want" originally means "don't lack") and so our bodies work thinking that we want that thing we are complaining about. So its really about feeling good about where you are, and working in conjunction with the universe. Change is inevitable is the famous saying and our bodies change frequently - ever 7 years ever single cell in our bodies recreates itself - science knows and has proven this countless times. So the potential for change is limitless.
