Laughter is (I can't help it) SERIOUS yoga! But, it may be best to be living on your own before taking this advice 100%. I like how he demonstrates how you don't need a reason to laugh and how it can simply be activated. I see little kids doing this all the time. They're good teachers, aren't they?
I play a laughing game with my boyfriend sometimes. It starts off as the most ridiculous fake laugh I can make and eventually turns into actually laughing to the point of tears. Laughter is the best medicine:)
I laugh when I play my son's tickle me elmo... my son is 24 now so he let me keep it since it always makes me laugh... it is so good to laugh...good for us, shifts your outlook, releases endorphins... and uses are muscles...wonderful daily practice... xoxoxo
There's laughter yoga classes up the road from me on Thursday nights but two weeks in a row now I couldn't go & check it out. Like this Thursday I am on holiday but so are they :-( I hope I get a chance to check it out later on. I don't know what to make of it but it sounds interesting!
