Look like in my early 20s again
How can i look like if i were on my early 20s again? What should i focus on?
Wanted or not age matters in today´s society, specially in my work... i am tired of not getting the job or the entry to even the casting sometime for beeing 30. Seem liek everyone thinks young girls in their early 20s are more beautiful, and i don´´t want to be consider good looking for my age but not even in the younger girls league regarding looks. I don´t want to not beeing able to compete regarding beauty (i mean physical appearance) with the younger girls as if i were second hand material for beeing 30.
I know many of you would want to respond i shouldn´t be competing, that everyone is beautiful, that i have to accept myself, that looks does not matter and what matter is what is inside and that kind of things...
But i guess for everyone what matters are different things, and for me this matters a lot, and it matters for my work too.
So i would really appreciate if you guys can give me some loa ideas to get what i want which is to look on my early 20s, to not be consider less beautiful for beeing in my 30s (i know you may say that everyone have different taste, but i am talking general here), and to avoid that in my reallity age affect me for looking, beeing consider, and getting jobs.

All that matters is that you find one thought right now ….a simple thought like I am who I am...iam were i am .....
or like , that was then….. this is now and right now I am ?.....IUCY ..as perfect as I can be at this moment in time ......
I have all the experience and abilities to succeed at whatever I choose…..
Age is not a issue ….
My belief in me ,right now, not then. is what matters.....
At 30 years old You have only begun your journey......

Until you accept you are where you are , you will never get what you want …
because where you are is the jumping off point to what you want …you get what you want from starting from where you are ..And what you want is to be loved, accepted, and respected as a capable being.... so see yourself right now as this person , feel it, believe it no matter what and everyone else will as well....

Ok i understand what you mean now. But actually beeing be loved, accepted, and respected as a capable being is not what i want. What i want is to look gorgeous and young, is not that i don´´t feel loved and accepted now.

You can reverse it with constant focus on looking your desired age, say, for example 24. Keep affirming things like "Now I am back to looking 24" "My skin is just as it was when I was 24" "My metabolism is exactly what it was when I was 24"
Bring out photos of when you were that age and keep that image strong in your consciousness. Affirm it daily, quietly, all throughout the day. When showering is a good time to say youth affirmations because you are so connected to the body at that time.
Also, don't stare at yourself for long periods obsessing on the way you have currently aged.
Another thing is do not ever tell yourself things like "I don't have the energy I had when I was 20" or anything that constantly keeps affirming body decline and age.
However, and this may sound like a contradiction, you DO need to also deeply accept and love yourself and your body now while you are in the youth creating process. It's important that you can look in the mirror, while getting ready in the morning, and feel love for the person you are looking at in the here and now.
In short, Love yourself NOW, while embracing the desire you have to look younger again.

Yeah, you can be in your twenties again. Just think sanity. Get good sleep. Good attitude helps to be younger.

Something i find very difficult is just to forget and don´t think about the agyng... cos i have people reminding me all the time... my girlfriends that are all some years older than me keep complaining how we can not compete with younger girls, how is imossible to keep looking young no matter how much plastic surgery you get, how are we going to get anything good )that can be guys, good jobs (modelling) or whatever when they are younger and prettier girls, they keep telling me that from now on i will see how fast i will beguin to age... things like that.
And same goes with my family, they keep reminding me i am agying all the time, sayng things like oh X dauughter is much younger than you, or X is a kid compare to you or you are gonna lose your looks.
Is difficult to concentrate and focus on getting younger when everyone around is reminding me all the time this things. And i guess i can stop seeing my girl friends and change friends, but i can´t do that with my family....
