I've heard that Night Audio Programming can be very effective in tapping your subconcious or maybe even the unconscious.
I'd like to find out which is more effective:
A) If I record my own voice or just download then listen to a pre-made mp3 with affirmations
B) If the format for affirmations/afformations should be "I" or "You"

Hi marymoya, it is very individual. We have different beliefs system, so I would recommend to do it in the way that more resonate with you. Meaning, start with pre-made affirmations, see if it is works for you, then do it your own voice. I am doing my own voice, but I know some people get results from pre recorded affirmations.
Also I think it is does not matter "I" or "You". I am doing "I", because I am using my own voice , so if I would do it "You" it would be sound weird to me. However, if I would listen pre recorded affirmations I would find some with "you". But again, it is just me, you may do very well with any format. Start trying and see in 10 or 21 days if you feel any changes.
We had thread here about Naps with my posts and others about experiences and all that stuff, but it got deleted. I am planning start a new one soon myself,because I am in to Naps, so just watch for it.
It is preferable to use your own voice, but if you do not have the software you can create your own mp3's with your own affirmations. It is definitely preferable that you write your own affirmations over using somebody else's premade NAPS. I use Spesoft Free Text to mp3 Speaker to create my own mp3's that I add to my mp3 player and play on loop.
