Some motivational gurus say, that an experience is an experience its neither good nor bad, its just an experience, & if we truly practice this in our day to day lives we can actually be more spiritually awakened and can really enjoy life in a much more practical sense. So like this we don't really become depressed when we face something undesirable, nor do we become way too excited about something that aligns with our desires. Its all about not being too analytical and simply being in the state of seeing things as they are, and enjoying the experience instead of labelling them as "something good or bad" and hence degrading it.
So till here it seems to be a nice and a transforming quality that we can adopt, I would love to have some views from you all.
Do You really think this is a good thing to practice or is it just too philosophical or too difficult?
