The secret to a fantastic body is this -
* Do not focus on overweight. You attract more of what you focus on.
* Focus on good health. It does not matter what you look like NOW - what you now see in the mirror is a residue of your past thoughts and actions. The good things you do for your body today will show next week in the mirror. Eat fruit and vegetables, not too much meat. I personally never eat white bread, only very dark brown bread, but then...i'm dutch! :-)
* Regular exercise is the foundation stone of good health - physical, mental and emotional well-being.
* And the most important thing - find a passion in life. Overweight and physical neglect are SYMPTOMS. They are a sign that you do not value life. Finding this value, this diamond within you is something only you can do for yourself.
* Make a deep commitment to yourself towards health, happiness and balance. Life does not work by quick-fix or hoping for miracles. Life runs on the fuel of passion, a vision of that passion, and a deep commitment to/ belief in that passion. Once you take the plunge, miracles do come your way.

By the way, i'm 165 cms tall and weigh 52 kgs. That would be about 5'5" tall and 114 pounds. I work out 3 times, at least 2 times a week in a gym. So i do practice what i preach.
