I was watching this Abraham clip about visualizations and they talk about how we should go for the feeling instead of the "vivid". My question is, how does one go about doing just that? For me, I find it difficult to just "skip" straight to the feeling which is my primary goal.
And does the visualization precede the emotion/feeling? Or can it work the other way around? I have no problem visualizing, that's become really easy but I find that the visualizations no matter how vivid, can no longer produce any positive feelings. I get this false sense of satisfaction now.
How can I conjure the feeling without mental imagery? Is it just a matter of doing things that make you feel good?
Hi Jay Jay:
I don't think it matters if the visualization presides the feeling/energy or not. The important thing is that whatever your intention is, whether you visualize it or use affirmations, that you pour energy into that intention. I haven't listened through the Abraham-Hicks video, but that would be my initial thought on your question.
