Firstly look at what you think will change if you were taller? You see we often believe we need qualities like height etc to achieve certain things. For example, if you feel that when you are taller, you will attract more people or friends into your life, etc. When you start recognising why you desire to be taller, you can usually create that based on knowing the why you desire it.
Like I said, get clear on what you think height will bring you - that will speed things up faster. Then you can look at being that now and vibrating at that now and the height will happen naturally and organically.
Or..the height might not come but she'll get her deeper desire behind the superficial desire of height, such as acceptance, attention, admiration, etc.

I agree with what Graysen said. But your desire should come from your heart, to please you, because you would love to see the world from a new perspective, because you truly admire tall people, not because you want to please anyone and fit in their standards. If the latter is what you desire, then I think you should reconsider what you really want. But anythin is possible, you can grow as tall as you desire.
Work on building up your self esteem, and you'll see that you're fine exactly how you are. Low self esteem can distort your perception of yourself and others. Men are usually taller so I'm not sure why you're comparing yourself with your twin brother.

Hello, I am a teacher from Turkey. As I learnt from the secret series books, you might do some practices. What are those practices? For example, if you like drawing pictures or doing graffics by your computer, draw yourself as your desired height. Hang these drawings on your study room or hang only one draing in your bedroom. Look at it sometimes everyday. And feel and imagine that you are in your desired hieght. By the way be grateful on your shape of body everyday.
Secondly, before sleeping imagine that you are in your desired height. Live your day again and with your all desires and being tall before you sleep. When you get up be grateful everything you have.
