In other words, isn't taking action the same thing as worrying about how? That's the thing that gets me confused.
You shouldn't have to worry about either. The universe will take care of the how, and will inspire you to take action when the time is right if it's necessary. A lot of people think you have to start taking action right away. But the thing is, how do you know what action to take until you feel inspired? Only God or the Universe knows what the right action is, so you need to wait until they've motivated or inspired you to take action.
As an example, one time I was trying to manifest a car. I prayed for the specifics of what I wanted and that it would be in my price range and some other specifics. Then I took action - I started going to every car lot around in my town and in the towns around me. And I could not find what I was looking for anywhere. Taking action like that is a waste of time and energy. Instead wait until you feel guided, motivated, or inspired to take action. Then I decided to turn it over to Source and trust that it would come to me. A day or two later I was driving down the street past a car lot and I felt the urge to pull in there. I had already been there, but now they had a couple of new cars and right away I saw the car that I wanted. That was inspired action - that's when you take action. It was exactly what I wanted, all the specifics. I test drove it and while test driving it I drove past a church and they had a sign up that said "God will provide". Everything came together.
That is one of the best pieces of advice I've ever heard.
The "how" is when you worry over things and don't trust that the universe will deliver it to you. Taking action can also be uninspired action that do not lead to the possible outcome you desire. When its inspired action from your inner being it is usually a feeling good activity that your guided towards, and it doesn't always make logical sense but it creates results. They can be described as the same thing, but they are vastly different.
