Here goes: (rushes out of the room to grab a random book)
Wait. I have a question. Is this the 5th SENTENCE or is it the 5th LINE in the book? 'Cause gee whiz, this book has LONG sentences.
Here's the 5th full sentence: "Here we are," I said to Daisy, suddenly pausing in the middle of the street, and the lovely thing was that she looked up first, into the trees, before her eyes fell on the narrow wrought-iron gate that had been placed across what was essentially a child-sized hole in the thick and brambly hedge.
Or the 5th line: the key to the flowerpot under the porch step, we were singing
H-m-m.
Maybe I'm just picking the wrong book (LOL!).

Interesting, it's the 5th sentence. Yours might suggest a pause to enjoy a moment, I guess.
You can do this game as many times as you like because your inner voice is constantly sending a different message at every moment.

Egypt usually gives us an impression of mystery. It might imply that you are unfolding some sort of mystery, I guess.

Mine is from The Four Agreements:
"Some part of the mind has objections to certain thoughts and actions, and another part supports the actions of the opposing thoughts."
So basically, we always choose which way we are going to go at any given moment I guess...and we do choose, every time whether we like to hear that or not I guess :)
