With us being humans with different emotions we feel each day. I would love to feel happy everyday. Happiness is a choice of course, and one morning may wake up so tired and then feeling, well not so happy but would like to feel happy.
So what can we do to remain in an ongoing happy place, so that way we feel good everyday :)?

What you have mentioned Billie with meditation and nature is what I already do, however to practise mindfulness every day is beneficial :)

No other Being Exists but I - Being
The very fact THAT "I " Exist ....... think about this ..... "I Exist, I AM " .... apart from I , what is there ? Is an-other I than I , oh .... who would that be without I AM ?

You don’t allow yourself to feel happy when you view negative emotions as less than happiness. When you don’t see the value and importance and appreciate emotions you don’t prefer, then you don’t allow yourself to be happy more of the time because you’re too busy focused on pushing against and judging other states of being.
As you look for the value in other emotions, you’re no longer viewing happiness as better. Sure it feels better. But you begin broadening your perspective to view emotions as not better or worse in terms of value. Each emotion is worthy. Each emotion has purpose. So even though different emotions feel better or worse, they are all equal in their benefit of guiding you. And the more you see the opportunity of negative emotions, you feel satisfied which creates momentum to become happier more of the time.
So you are saying Brian to accept the negative emotions? Then this emits the negative vibration frequency, does it not? I struggle with this, as I seem to want to get out of the negative emotions, as I know my energy is picked up by others who feel not so good around me? So need to sit with the emotion till it passes?
