With us being humans with different emotions we feel each day. I would love to feel happy everyday. Happiness is a choice of course, and one morning may wake up so tired and then feeling, well not so happy but would like to feel happy.
So what can we do to remain in an ongoing happy place, so that way we feel good everyday :)?
“Accept negative emotions?”
What do you gain by rejecting them?
When you judge negative emotion (which is just judging judgment) how does it help you feel better?
Because judging anything only makes you feel worse because you’re introducing resistance. And happiness is lack of resistance. So you can’t resist resistance and get to happiness.
“Then this emits the negative vibration frequency, does it not?”
Accepting negativity is validating it’s right to exist. It’s releasing your criticism of it and yourself.
When you push against it, you invalidate it, and thus attract it because what you’re giving your attention is separation and exclusion.
When you allow and appreciate negative emotions, you see their value the same way Source does, and you attract what you want because all choices become equal, instead of deeming some things worthy and others unworthy. Everything becomes worthy in your eyes, and you get to choose what is more in harmony with you.
You have to give your attention to what you don’t want in order to push against it, which means you’re attracting more of it. Acceptance means you no longer give it attention because it doesn’t bother you anymore, so you don’t attract it.

First thing is choosing to be happy no matter what. That in itself can be a challenge. Second thing is to do things regularly that make you happy. Whether that is singing in the shower or having a lovely relaxing bubble bath. These small steps will make you happy. Second is engaging in activities that bring you joy. For example, listening to your favourite music is an easy one.
