I am quite confused at first because there are many tools that can be used in order to manifest your desires into reality.
I looked for answers online and in a certain blog from must spark joy, I learned that both have advantages, depending on the user.
Hypnosis might be time consuming, but it is considered as an extremely effective tool to reprogram your subconscious.
On the other hand, subliminals are more convenient to use because you can listen to it anytime, anywhere. However, it requires enough time for the results to manifest into your reality.
How about you, which do you prefer?
I use both. The hypnosis IS time consuming, but I find it energizing. I often use it on weekends instead of a nap.
For subliminals, I can record my own, so I do and listen to them when I'm driving.
I know that didn't really answer your question, so I'll say 'no preference'.
Its cool that you make your own subs! Where do you get your hypnosis subliminals?
Many years ago, while at the public library, I found a cassette tape by Dr David Illig.
(a CASSETTE TAPE!! Geez, I must be really old... *grins* )
I thought it was good. After the internet was invented, I did a search on his name and found his website Success World.
Of course, they're now mp3s. His subliminal/hypnosis are not too expensive and i like them. Each one is about 45 - 50 minutes, so it's a little bit of a time investment, but I mostly use them on the weekend.
Standard disclaimer - I am not affiliated with Success World & I don't make a cent for the above recommendation.
This is cool! Thanks for sharing!
Just to echo, I too use both (and it doesn't have to be one or the other - you can use both too). For me, I like hypnosis (but I have learned hypnosis too so Im probably biased there), but I also enjoy subliminals. For example, if I am at the gym, I can just plug in my subliminals and kind of get two things done at once (i.e. a workout and the programming). I'd really suggest trying both and seeing which you enjoy and like, and which ones you dislike.
