Worry comes when we fear we aren't being taken care of on the higher plane (Louise Hay). We fear that we have to manage and control everything with our own limited human means, and that if there is something we can't seem to do anything about (such as this virus that's going around) then we have to worry and fear and just hope.
There se is a spiritual adage to this: WHY WORRY WHEN YOU CAN PRAY? Talk to the higher power about whatever you're worried about, and ask IT to do something about it. It's infinite and powerful, and can do things you just can't. It can move mountains and part the Red Sea for the Israelites. Doing that and knowing that a benevolent higher power is helping you and taking care of you, is very reassuring. It calms down your worry after a few goes, helps you to trust in something you can't actually see, and brings you solutions.
