Wow! December now! I guess it's time to add more goodies!
OK lately I've been focussing on being more happy. Work REALLY got me down and after a while I decided to focus on being happier. I found some cool things, one of them I've used in the past but haven't needed to for a while and I've been using it lately. It's all on happiness. I will start now and add to it later.
Firstly, an EFT video on happiness by Brad Yates one of the BEST.
EFT stands for emotional freedom technique. If you want more info on this, tell me and I can put links here etc. For now, tap away:
There's just something about this short (2-3 minute) mindmovie on happiness, it's just quite uplifting:

And finally an "energy healing" video that I find uplifting and helpful.
I know it says clearing unhealthy energies and belief systems but I also find it uplifting.

Videos on releasing the past - (even if just a bit)
I believe this first one is subliminal:
affirmations used you could also write these:
I am over my past
I release all negativity
My past has no power over today
My past has no power over my future
I embrace the future
I embrace today
The future is great
Now is great
I choose what I remember of the past
I have put my past behind me
My memories cannot harm me
I regret nothing in the past
I am in full control
I use discretion in sharing my memories
My memories serve me for good
I release negative memories
I remember only what I want to
I embrace positive memories
I can forgive past offences
I am free from unwanted memories
I live for this moment
I ignore grudges
I embrace the future with excitement
My past is behind me forever
Forgiveness releases me
Each moment is a chance to grow
Each day is a fresh start
I take action to make myself happy
The past cannot hurt me
I will be unburndened by forgiving others
I am free to be happy
I have power over my future
I grow happier every day
This video is a step towards releasing the past but ALSO listen to the lyrics it's also about self esteem, letting go, it's so beautiful it makes me cry but kind of in a good way:
