GM FOOD: FACTS NOT CROPS
The European Commission has just approved growing genetically modified crops for the first time in 12 years, putting the GM lobby's profits over public concerns -- 60% of Europeans feel we need more information before growing foods that could threaten our health and environment.

A new initiative allows 1 million EU citizens a unique chance to make official requests of the European Commission. Let's build a million voices for a ban on GM foods until the research is done. Sign the petition below and spread the word.
Don't forget to include your address so that all of our signatures count for the citizens' initiative.

GET READY FOR WORLD GO VEGAN WEEKOct 25th-31st

The purpose of this campaign is to get people to take time to reconsider the effects of industrialized farming on humans, animals and the environment by educating people about vegan lifestyles.

World GO VEGAN Week is also about celebrating what it means to be vegan. Veganism enables people to live in balance with all of Earth's creatures and promote freedom from exploitation for animals as part of their everyday lives. Modern animal agriculture is cruel and violent toward the chickens, cows, pigs and other creatures used to make meat, milk and eggs. During World GO VEGAN Week, we encourage people to become conscious of what - and who - they are eating, the effect it has on the world, and that a non-violent alternative exists.

Hi Everyone,

Since I wasn't able to send this through my back office, thought this forum would be the best place for it - since it's all about gratitude!

In my part of the world it is finally feeling like fall - interesting how in just a few days weather can shift so fast, actually this year feels like it's time warped a bit faster than usual - which is really kind of interesting in relationship to how fast our thoughts can travel towards manifesting things in this dimension! :)

While I am daily thankful for the many things life continues to offer, in Thanksgiving tradition, am visualizing all of you gathered round my feast-filled table in gratitude for the many blessings that surround us all; no matter the appearance of things.

Am thankful for online friends like you, who make the world a more heartfelt, endearing place to co-create in.

Am thankful for a virtual community that allows each of us to pop in and interact with one another, through this hub called Powerful Intentions!

Am thankful for the sun shining here today, am thankful for my health and present day mindset that's filled with unwavering hope and faith in things unseen - where the magic lies!
