Hey all,

I'd love if you helped me clean a little on something. I recently bought a gas-powered scooter, which I absolutely fell in love with. I had so much fun riding it around to go on errands, or just because. And last night... it was stolen.

I'm cleaning a lot on it right now, but any help I can get would be fantastic!

Hello,
I would love to share my experience with Ho couple of days ago..i went hiking and i start with gratitude, then back and forth with Ho and inner child ..i imagined my self like a baby crying, my mom told me that i was sleeping in a room there was a party in the house i woke up start crying and nobody heard me when finally they noticed i was crying to death..anyways, i imagined that inner child crying, start playing with the baby, holing it around my arms and saying the Ho words..then i pictured an other image little bit older when i witnessed my parents arguing, so i took the little girl and took her for a walk by the beach saying those words, then an older age and so on..i start crying, sighing, and other symptoms of relief..and kept sighing many times later on and yawining..

This is an aspect that reflects my joy for the last 12 years
I have a practice based on integrative body work and one of the things I share is a modified yoga pose with elements added for brain integration and the first "step" of integration in this system is to look at a specific relationship or circumstance and allow the following
I forgive myself
I forgive "them"
I allow them to forgive me

This physical alignment with intentional statement releases at a cellular level and more, I LOVE my "work?!**" or is that I work my Love,
Be Well and we are the change we want in the world!!
