Questioner: I don't really feel negative emotions because I understand the law of allowing and see value in everything.
Abe: If you're a creator (and you are) then you need/desire contrast in order to create. And anyone who's exposed to any kind of contrast must feel the contrast of emotion as well. So when someone tells us, they feel no negative emotion, those exposed to the contrast of physical life, we know that's a person who is having negative emotion, who is not aware of it. You can't live in this contrasting world in which you deliberately chose for the purpose of taking thought beyond that which has been before, without experiencing contrast. Contrast means: positive emotion/negative emotion.
What you're striving for is a balance, so there's more positive than negative. There's something powerful about accepting that where you are is perfect on your way to something better.
(To the Questioner specifically): you're feeling negative emotion right now. Wouldn't you like it better if we were agreeing with everything you said. But isn't it sort of annoying that we keep stomping you. We don't even let you get a whole sentence out before we interrupt you. And then we tell you things you don't even believe for sure. That's annoying, and that's negative emotion.

This is always true: What I think and how I feel, and what manifests, is always a vibrational match. But here's the big kicker: What manifests isn't manifesting instantaneously. So, you've got all this buffer of time leeway that makes you sloppy... If you thought a negative thought and a brick would instantly fall on your head every time, you'd clean up your thinking. But you're not here to be punished about your thinking. You're here to use your thinking—and your focus—to create.

Well-being is the only order of the day, unless you are doing something to pinch it off. So, little by little, more and more, people begin to feel comfortable with their own thoughts; especially, understanding that thoughts don't have instant manifestational power, anyway. You live in this time/space reality where there is a buffer zone between the offering of a thought and the receiving of the manifestation. So it gives you a lot of opportunity to amend and add to.

"Haven't you notice that the longer you talk about what you don't want the more normal it feels? Until it doesn't even seem odd to be complaining? Because you've been complaining so it doesn't feel odd to be complaining? But when you've been feeling really GOOD and you dip into complaining it feels terrible; you notice it." "The more you feel good the more aware you will be when you don't feel good." Abraham July 27 San Francisco 2013
When you deliberately seek positive aspects of whatever you are giving your attention to, you, in a sense, tune your vibrational tuner to more positive aspects of everything. And, of course, you could tune yourself negatively as well. But as you are deliberately looking for positive aspects in yourself or in others, you will find more of those things: "The better it gets, the better it gets," for you get more and more of what you are thinking about —whether you want it or not.
