Have you come to the place where contrast has helped you give birth to a
fantastic new desire...and it is out there in the future somewhere? And
when you think about it, it is exciting, especially when you first birthed
it. And even though it has not yet manifest in your expereince you're good
with that? When you come to that place where a desire has been born within
you...the idea of it is clear and bright, but the realization has not yet
happened...you are not yet with that person, or the dollars have not yet
come, you're still driving the other one or living in the other one...you
know clearly what you want but it hasn't yet happened to you and you stand
in a place of satisfaction where you are and eager anticipation about where
you are going that is the optimum creative stance. Because under those
conditions there is little or no resistance in your vibrational output, so
you are in the state of allowing the desire you have given birth to and as
you are in the state of allowing the desire you have given birth to, Law of
Attraction must bring it to you. ~Abraham

The best question for you to put forth to the Universe with an expectation
of receiving an answer is: Where is my greatest joy? That is the most
powerful question. What makes me happy? What could I do today that would
bring me the greatest amount of joy? What places in this city would be of
most uplifting nature to me? What programs that are listed in the guide for
television would be for my best interest? What books in the great bookstore
should I gravitate towards?...What is of most uplifting nature to me? I
want to find it! And you will find floodgates opening and all kinds of new
experiences pouring in.

When you understand that there is no
threat, that Well-Being abounds and
that nothing can come to you unless
you are vibrationally achieving
harmony with it, then you are more
willing, more able to easily allow others
to choose whatever they are choosing.

"You continue to be a Creator because you can't turn your vibrating mechanism
off, but when you understand these two things, relative to this Stream, you will be a Deliberate
Creator:

First, "How much of this Stream am I, in my now perspective, summoning through
the power of my desire? How much do I want? How much do I desire? What is my desire?" That's the
first thing.

The second thing is, (and the only other thing), "Of that Stream, which my
desire is summoning, how much of it am I allowing to flow through?" And everything that you are living
and everything that you are feeling and everything that everybody you know is living or feeling is
all about those two aspects of that Stream."

As you learn to adjust your vibration or affect your emotions deliberately, now
you have access only to those vibrational things out there in the Universe that are a vibrational
match to that-- and it is an ever so much easier way to create. And it is in keeping with what you know
from your broader, Non-physical perspective. You said, "I will adjust my vibration, which is my way
of allowing the Well-being that is natural to me, to flow." The key word in there is:
"allowing", because Well-being is flowing to you. And you are, in differing degrees, allowing or not allowing
it. No one is depriving you of anything. But sometimes you do not allow the Stream of
Well-being that would flow to you otherwise.

You have established rather definite, habitual patterns of thought relative to
many subjects. And some of your habits of thought serve your very well, because they match your now
desire. But some do not serve you very well, because they do not match your desire: Your belief in
illness, your belief in decline, your belief in aging, (in the way you mean it, not moving through
time, but declining through time) those beliefs do not serve you well. Your belief in vulnerability,
your belief in violence, your belief in bad things happening to good people-- those beliefs do
not serve you well. Your belief in cancer, in AIDS, your belief in getting run over by big things,
your belief in falling from the sky in airplanes-- they are all valid beliefs, but they do not
serve you well.

And so, what we're wanting to begin to help you do is to sort out your beliefs,
but not in terms of their reality, because, in truth, everything is real. You say to your children,
"Well, you don't have to believe in that, because that's not a real thing. That's a pretend
thing." And we say, if it is evoking a negative emotion within them as they are watching this horrible
thing at the movie theater, on television or wherever, whether it is real or not is not the issue.
How it is making them or you feel is the only issue that is important. Anything that affects your
vibration is affecting your overall experience.

their body, or a physical condition, or a relationship, or an event, or
a pile of money- we don't know anything that anybody wants that isn't
for the same reason, and that is you THINK that in the HAVING of that

find a way to feel better FIRST, then the manifestation will happen.

People say 'give me the manifestation and then I will feel good'- and we
say, you probably would, but FEEL GOOD and then the manifestation will

about. Use ANY excuse in the world.

We teach meditation because when you are meditating you stop thought,
when you stop thought you stop resistance, when you stop resistance you
LET IT IN. We teach appreciation because when you are appreciating you
LET IT IN. Do you know you cannot appreciate and block energy at the
same time? When you are in the mode of appreciation your Inner Being is
FULLY within you. So anything that you can find about anything that
