According to the Bibles, Jesus said: "The kingdom of heaven is within you."

I submit for biblical perspective the following Abraham quote:
The heaven you are hoping for is here in the moment of your joy. And the
hell you fear is here in the absence of your joy. That's it!

Guest: I came here with some skeptism because I don't really believe in channeling... And... (laughter from crowd) coming from a Christian background, I was taught that this is "new age" and...

Abe: Well, where does the Christian religion get it's knowledge?

Guest: From the scripture. From the bible.

Abe: But where did those come from?

Guest: Uh....

Abe: Channeling. (loud applause)

(a little later...)

Abe: Anytime anyone looks outside of themselves for guidance they always get less than when they are looking for it within. And there are many people that look for guidance within religion and find it. You have found guidance there. You have found clarity there. You weren't making wrong choices.

Guest: So, I'm kind of confused. Who is God? Who is Jesus? What's heaven and hell?

Abe: God is source energy and the culmination of all that you are. God is expanding here today in this room.

God expands each time you live something not wanted and prefer something more. Even if you are the one-celled oemeba (sp?) in the ocean - God expands in that too.

Jesus is a physical human, like you, who came forth into this environment, like you, to understand who he is and how he fits into all of this. And he banged around like you for a long time also, and then removed himself from the chaos of all that and went away and was taught by others to meditate and get inside himself, where he closed that vibrational gap and connected with source in the way that Esther is doing here and in a way that every one of you can too.

And, he said that to all of you. The kingdom of heaven is within you. It is not that which is outside of you. When he says Turn the other cheek, he's talking about turning your canoe into the flow. He's talking about not pushing against. In other words, he is not different from that which you are.

Heaven is the illusion that physical man has about what it will be like when he no longer has resistance. Heaven is an illusion in the sense that it is not a place, but it is certainly a state of being. And, heaven exists right here on earth or exists here, where we are.

Heaven is the state of non-resistance, you see. And hell is the fiction of man's disconnected mind. There is no such thing as hell.

(thunderous applause)

And, you know it. Think about it. You knew that every time somebody tried to teach you about that you got your knot in your stomach and what was that know telling you? That knot was telling you that you were activating a vibration about a subject and your source was not going there.

In other words, source says there's no such thing. There's no such thing. There's no such thing. And, as you are trying to teach yourself that there is, you create a crevace between you and you. And, when we said that just now it felt to us as if you said, "Hell Yes."

I just found this bringing another quote to drop, Cyndi. I LOVE this clarifying quote regarding the Source of the bible! And there is a passage in the bible that supports it...I read it in some Jehovah's witness material under the question "What does the bible say about itself"...and then it quoted some passage that the bible was written by God through man. Sounds like channeling to me!

How does Abraham define GOD?

God is emotion within you.

And what this workshop is about is not the expansion of GOD. GOD is expanding. It’s not getting GOD back into alignment with Source Energy. GOD is Source Energy. In other words, the alignment is there. This workshop is about helping you, the physical on the leading edge creator, to get into alignment with your own desire.

But this Energy — this Source that man is giving the label of “God”, cannot be quantified in anything that man understands. And as man attempts to do it, the distortions are enormous. This one is maybe a little off track, but i thought i'd add it here anyway.

You are killing more of each other every day over your quarrels over religion than all other things put together, because you cannot even come to an agreement about what you think God says, or wants for you. On one side of the world God wants something different than the other. On one side of the room, in one side of your mind, God wants something different than on the other.

The power is within you. You are extensions of this powerful Source Energy. You are literally God expressing in this physical body. And so, as you are standing in a thought, or in a word, or in an action that feels good to you as you are standing there—then you are fully open and allowing all of that Divine Energy to flow through you. And in that moment you are all that you said you would be when you decided to come forth into this body. You are the extension of pure positive energy. You are in your full creative power. Guest: So Abraham, what would a fully-flowering human being look like on our planet? Is this the Christ Consciousness or the Buddha Nature? Abe: It is. And both Christ and Buddha would have been the first to tell you that it was always something that they aspired to and something that they often achieved. But not something anyone ever holds steadily to, all the time. It s an objective. It s a calling. It s not some standard that you should hold yourself to and then beat yourself over the head with a club when you re not there.

Abraham: He meant, in a place of non resistance all things desired flow.

You may have heard that Jesus is reported to have said "Ask and it shall be given unto you".
Bouncing off of that with this quote from Abe:

"Someone said to us one day, ‘Abraham, I am bothered that as I hear you,
I don't hear you talk about God.' And we said, ‘It's funny, we don't
talk about anything else.' It's just that that which we know it to be
and that which many of you know it to be, it is different in what we are
knowing. In other words, we are knowing that well-being is flowing to
you at all times. And we know that the only thing that deprives you of
it is your unwittingly choosing a vibration that doesn't allow it, where
you would rather assign that responsibility to God.

"So often you would rather say, ‘Well, God knows me, and God rewards me
or punishes me.' And we say God has given you free will to be the full
recipient of all that he knows you are deserving of, or to pinch
yourself off from it. But it is your doing in every case, you see. And
so we are attempting to reestablish within you the God within you.
We're wanting you to put God back within you, where God really is,
instead of outside of you, dictating to you from the outside.

"Physical beings have a difficult time because instead of being aware of
the way it feels when they are allowing this God-force to flow or the
way it feels when they are not, instead of being aware of the energy
flowing they are looking at the results, at manifestations. So they
say, ‘Well, this pile of manifestations is good and this pile of
manifestations is bad -- we need to get rid of those bad ones,' not
realizing that the whole time that they're pushing against those ‘bad'
ones, they are holding themselves in vibrational harmony with the very
thing that they do not want. And then they conclude ‘God is punishing
us.' And we say God does not punish. You hold yourselves in
vibrational allowance or disallowance of that energy.

"When you ask it is always given. The question is, are you letting it
in?"
