Deep breathing is a big part of your Well-being. Because with that deep breath there is activation on a cellular level. In other words, it is the current that carries the vitality to the extremities of the cells. And so the more you are breathing, the more you are thriving.

Some say it is the way the Spirit moves. We would say, it is the way life moves most efficiently through your physical body. And fortunately, it is something that is not left to your conscious mind. You don't have to prompt yourself to breathe. It just happens. But you can prompt yourself to breathe more.

We encourage that you deliberately take some air in. And then before you let it out, take some more air in. And before you let it out... And you say, "I can't take any more in because there's no place for it to go." And we say, "Yes, there is. Take some more in.

Expand your capacity. Your lungs, like balloons can be all shriveled up or expanded fully. As you move on a regular basis, they expand somewhat. But they don't expand fully. As you deliberately breathe deeper, it becomes more natural for them to get fuller.

And before you know it, it will be an involuntary thing. You will naturally breathe more deeply... And your bodies will thrive. It's even more improtant than drinking water. It's right up there with life itself.

When concentrating on your breathing, you are not concentrating on other things. And in that absence of resistance, you are also allowing an Alignment of Energy.

So you get a double whammy with it. You're aligning with Source Energy. You are literally feeding the cells of your body, allowing oxygen to reach the extremities of your cells. Everybody comes alive - and everything works better.

Metabolism works better, elimination works better, clarity works better, blood flows better. Thriving comes from this.

There are too things that we would encourage you to do in terms of action. Sit every day for 15 minutes with the intention of filling your body full of air. Breathe...breathe..breathe..breathe..breathe..breathe..breathe..breathe..breathe.. Just breathe. That's you assignment - 15 minutes of breathing. 15 minutes of in and out, in and out, and appreciation for this delicious oxygen. In and out, in and out, in and out, just breathing, breathing, breathing, breathing, breathing.. If you would just do that, your chaotic world would smooth right out. It would. Just by focusing on breathing for 15 minutes every day.
15 minutes of breathing, really breathing, breathing with the idea of filling my body, filing my lungs, so that my lungs can transport the oxygen and all of its life giving qualities to the extremities of my body. Breathing.. If you're running, if you're moving your body, you're doing it automatically, but breathe..breathe..breathe..breathe..breathe..breathe..breathe.. It is the exercise of allowing above all other exercises of allowing.
The air is there for you, the wellbeing is there for you, Source Energy has lined everything up for you, just breathe yourself into receiving the fullness, and no chaos there, just breathe, just breathe. It is the most natural thing in the world.
You are worthy, and loved, and brilliant, and your life has caused you to launch so many rockets that are right there, ready to come into fruition. Just breathe them into being. And then after you breathe 15 minutes every day for a while, then use that time to breathe and love me, breathe and love me, breathe and love the air, breathe and love my body, breathe and love my nose, breathe and love my lungs, breathe and love my physical mechanism, just breathe and love and breathe and love and breathe and love and breathe and love, and after you've done that for a few days, then breathe and love that one over there, and breathe and love that one over there, and breathe and love and breathe and love.. And before you know it, that chaos, which is only because of two many activated things within you, lines right up to this perfect picture that you've been accumulating over many many years that Source Energy has already become, and then suddenly you begin noticing that who you have become, in terms of nonphysical energy, you just begin becoming in terms of manifestation. You just become it. And when people say, "How did you do it? Was it hard?", you say, "It was as easy as breathing". Really.

oh bliss. thank you so much. this and the stockmarket and water are my favorite topics. and trouble shooting emotional guidance bc i'm still learning it so i can do it on myself without getting stuck when the topic is too in my face or my desires are not clearly understood in myself. thank you for building trains of abe conciousness to wander through topic by topic. these are lifelines to ourselves and the information was promised. it's so so so so good to have it hanging about to set the tone and topic and provide something vortex oriented for people to talk about in a strong setting that makes non-vortex leaning kinda stick out. is very good to know where to go to get your examples to let yourself be taught with...those people teaching by the clarity of their example. i want to be a good example. at least to myself!
I love this subject too. Silly that we did not think of a thread before. It's one of my easiest in the vortex subjects really..Anytime i move out of the vortex, it's relax and breathe..it's so easy and yet so important to what we're doing. Good thinking of you to create this topic.

I'm curious to hear more about breathing..The first quote i posted is very promising, eager to find out more!
Through our daily process of focusing upon your breathing, you will progressively breathe your resistance away, causing a gradual shift in your Vibrational point of attraction. And then, you will begin to feel a strong resonance with the words that we have been speaking to you. When that occurs, the Vibration of your physical body and that of the Source within you will be at the same Vibrational frequency; and when that occurs, your physical body will benefit.

In the same way that a complete understanding of electricity is unnecessary in order to flip the switch and receive the benefit of it, you do not need to understand the complex inner workings of your physical body. You only need to understand the simple process by which you allow your intelligent cells to do their work.
