oh what's this with Maia....negative speculation and the resulting lifestyle of reporting negative speculation results has become boring! THAT IS A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT....and it appears INSPIRATION to care about your girds is coming up in #2, inspiration to take the action that creates worlds: focus! Focusing deliberately and well has become important to you because drama is boring and the life of it is dull and old and feeling good is more interesting and exciting, seeing the universe orchestrate for me is more exciting. Seeing the universe partnered with me to my success and happiness is just more interesting and pleasing to be attending than all the discord and crisis in the world to me, even my own drama is dull while thriving is fun and interesting and I can thrive right now always just by focusing. How cool is living! (oops, think i got carried away into a grid on that one) 

lol..when tempted to or drifting into negative thoughts, .I love hearing Abe's voice "Just kill me now" which is what they say when they mime us in negative what-if's and what-not's. Good work Maia!

I think Maia is saying they are now bored with going over the "what is."  Excellent and inspiring experiences Maia!  It's so fun to read about others excitement and forward movement!  And keep appreciating like you have been.  I find it makes the feel good last longer and easier to find when I go looking for it.  And easier to appreciate it all.

GRIDDING?....YES, YES AND YES, AGAIN!  :-))))

This being my attempt at "UP-dating"..I guess, or 'reviewing', I guess  a more accurate word, my own gridding process, ie., what's happening, what it's bringing me..  :-))))

#1. The Big Surprise  :-O!!.... My ooooold, OLD mental/emotional habit of reviewing, musing over, gnawing, worrying...even savoring!!!... (OMG!!! lol)...and otherwise OVER-FOCUSING on the bad ole What-Is situations in my life, AND those around me... and all of that, of course!... still producing vivid!! physical manifestations-with- momentum! ...is....GASP!!  .... FEELING,  and more and more...actually, almost miraculously.....!

boring boring boring boring boring boring....reeeeeeeeally!!!.....BORING!!!!  La!!

....Now that!! is something I wasn't LOOKING  for as an outcome...and certainly never expected! to happen, even so recently as a month ago. It feels like quite an accomplishment, which....considering how long all the 'drama' has been hanging around...it certainly IS!  lol   Bored" feels like such a relief!!... 

What's the next step up the scale??  "Interested and creatively engaged" is my feeling, at least I'm starting to reach for that...on certain "safer" subjects, at least.  Poking at the "crash and burn" stuff, just! a wee bit more...

I am! finding myself looking around for something different and fun! to occupy my time...Getting more deeply interested in drawing/painting, again...trying new stuff in the kitchen, too... baking.  (Got up at three AM the other day and made cinnamon rolls, a first for me. lol)

#2.  has more to do with the painful subjects of longer standing, the ones with  much! stonger momentum.  NEW:  I notice almost RIGHT away, now, that if I'm "lazy" and  put off choosing and starting a gridding "project" that BEGINS to address this stuff.....I still tend to slide into the old emotional habits pretty quickly. Learning what it TAKES to build some newer momentum: Dare I say it???  Dicipline. But noticing and choosing, first.

The good news: The "slippage" doesn't  happen quite!  as fast as before...And I DO NOTICE.  Unlike previously, when  I'd get caught and DAYS later finally "get" where I'd been emotionally hanging out. The CHOICE to pivot sooner is much more apparent, thankfully.

One thing holding me longer in the old place, I think... It's still problematic to resist "taking score", especially when I look around me at what's still GOT enough momentum to be apparent in the physical. It's a matter still of  too often choosing the same "disk"...feeling "stuck"... and still "trying" way too much to control What-Is... I AM very pleased that I'm gaining ground, though, and trying to be much more general about The Stuff ..Gridding certainly helps a WHOLE lot with that!  Learning   BALANCE expecting and allowing... .  needing to avoid  "wrestling it to the ground"..in favor of Knowing it's all in the PROCESS of coming together...
