Hi Malissa! Yes I agree the bombardment of sales stuff is off putting. I delete them as they come in. LC was very much more private but there is still a lot of great info here and many inspirational people. Look forward to seeing you. Much love xox

Wow, this stuff is amazing. I only just started and I am so excited to do more. Thank you so so much for this. I have been wary of getting into anything new (other than Abe), but this really fits in perfect for me. I am really thrilled. wow.

I listened to trust and open today. My favorite thing was the Open the Mind meditation. I don't think I was ever trying to get rid of my mind or any of that though. I have worked on getting rid of negative thoughts but not my mind. I love my mind, I think it is fascinating. Maybe I got this part wrong but i thought when they were talking about people who created a lot of money and used their minds and not their hearts- I disagree with that. In all the stories I have read about many millionaires they used their hearts as well. They found something they loved to do and did it-they also gave money away to causes they believed in. That is giving from the heart. They may have used their minds to run their businesses and worked with their thought processes to be more positive but they did use their hearts.

One thing was quite clear however- I have a lot more work to do lol. Hmmm I think I will release that thought.
