I love and appreciate my for magnificent kids ! Stephen, 22 , my oldest. He is a hard worker and is loyal as the day is long! Frances, 21, my oldest girl, she is the mother of the group! Having to grow up quickly after I divorced their mom ( I have raised my "tribe" on my own for the last 13 years) she has been the strongest and the "mother hen" ! She even trys to take care of me ! She has also been my strongest supporter in my decision to change my life... Then there is Robert , my youngest son, my Genius!! He carries a 3.86 in his junior year of highschool ! He is an aquarious and is the "lover" and peace maker of the group, he is 18. And Fiona, my baby! she is 16 and my "gypsy" ! She is gentle and loving and very artistic herself! They are truly the song of my heart! With out them I would be the lonliest man on earth! So you see, the universe has already blessed me with the greatest gift I will ever recieve!!

Boss was driving me ker-RAY-ZEE so I've been trying to find things to appreciate about her - positive aspects - and last night I realised that this month I've been getting what I ask for from her e.g. I wanted to go on a course (day one) usually it's no but I got a yes and for several other things it's been yes yes yes too. So I appreciate that about my boss!!

Appreciate my husband. Every day I am grateful for him. One of the many things I love about him is he is so often thinking of me. Like tonight he was very tired I could tell. But when he went to the kitchen to heat up his dinner he came back with his dinner and then he came back with the yoghurt and berries I'd made me for dessert and he'd chopped up a banana and added that for me and brought it for me - spontaneously - even though he was tired.

I appreciate everyone, I mean really everybody. Even when I talk to my friends or some family members or boss and they just having a bad day and they kind of not nice to me, I appreciate they great soul (they may not see it), the one is part of me too. What is not to appreciate about me? We are one.
