Hello everyone,
I was just thinking the other day that I need to get my annual eye checkup. My vision is weaker in my left eye. I would like to learn more about natural vision improvement. I look forward to hearing from everyone.

Hi Guys- Great minds think alike lol,, Ya my eyes are after getting terrible and I must now do something more positive about it, I would hate to lose my sight. My 5 yrs old nephew lost his sight ( a story for another day) and I don't think think I be as happy as he is..Bless him.. Kiran I would love to hear more about the exercise. I need to be more disciplined .

I'm in this group too ! Hi you guys : ) I have -9 vision but I usually wear contacts . Was told I shouldn't get laser, so I got an eyechart and a pair of pinhole glasses, and I'm trying to improve my eyesight a bit. We'll see how it goes.

i just saw the diagram you referring to, actually its the exercise that we teach in yoga too, only difference is we would go to the extreme corner of the eyes to do it instead of the short distance to be done through the diagram. I can explain more if interested.

Has anyone used the tibetian eye chart. I have started using it and feel a great improvement in my vision and find its a good chart to focus on. see this link
