Gary Craig's genius was to greatly simplify Roger Callahan's work. Then David Lake and Steve Wells made EFT much more user friendly when they created SET. No setups, no reminder phrases, can use finger tapping effectively, do daily tapping.

Steve Wells explains the simplified version of EFT called SET (simple energy techniques). You can find out more about it on the following link SET. Here you will find a pdf file that explains SET. In addition there is an audio that is very helpful. The main advantage of SET is that it more user friendly. I have found that the continuous tapping does work just like Wells and Lake say it does. It is important to just tap daily to "tone up the energy system. "">SET More about EFT and SET. Watch and tap along with this next video. See if you can increase your energy along with Gary Craig and the lady in the video. She sure looks like she is having fun with the tapping. Here is something else. You can play with. When you get up in the morning tap in front of a mirror and raise your energy. It works as well as a cup of coffee to wake a person up. Here is another video I like to watch from time to time. It states clearly that the happier you are (higher vibration) that problems just disappear. When things aren't working out even with EFT this video gives a perspective on how to deal with things.

Here is something else that I have found to be totally awesome. I lost 40 pounds by using eft and lifestyle changes. However I was stuck for a while at a plateau. Finally I found Dr. Tom Kersting's book "Losing Weight When Diets Fail". It really works to add relaxation and visualization to the weight loss program or any other transformation program that you might be working with. I listened to the CD daily and increased my tapping to at least 3 times per day. The pounds fell off easily. Enjoy this video. The book and CD is also great for ramping up your enthusiasm for exercise and eating good food instead of the junk many of us are addicted to.

After doing lots of tapping I noticed that I consistently score within the top 3 players out of 12. I feel much more relaxed playing and I feel that EFT has given me the card sense that I did not have before.
