Thanks, for inviting me to the party! ;O)

Oh, I was a young nerd back then--and was 15 in 1980, so I was mostly looking at my aunt growing into this phenomenon I couldn't quite understand. I remember watching the 4:30 Movie in New York. And, I remember the After School Specials! They were great!

Oh, I didn't see Saturday Night Fever until very long after the fact!

However, I wore some of those crazy patterned shirts! Maybe I can find one at a yard sale! Also, I actually liked some of the living room decor of the period!

And, I love how there were so many long-format songs in the 70's! Yay, for a fascinating period!

Yes, Giovani you are right. OK now we got you... fess up we WANT PICTURES!!! You lived then and if you could get the dust off some of the pictures we would have a blast looking at those big patterned clothes. How cool.

I was a little kid then but my Mom put us in a A LOT OF POLYESTER SUITS. Oh my God!!!
This will be fantastic.

I agree Giovani the songs were dynamite then...hmm almost feel like I am back there...groovy.

Wow! Is that you? The suit caught me off-guard at first with all the color, but it's pretty awesome looking :). The guy's matching colorful shirt with the white suit compliments your outfit well.

Oh my G-d we are gonna be snowbound, woo hoo! All the more reason to shake our groove thang. I am gonna do this thang... might be just make up and what I can concoct...but creative mind knows it all.

Nope that is not me, just a cute couple showing of that 70's look, but I so remember all those colors and I even had a little shift dress, much like her jump suite, my older sister had one of those outfitts it was blue with gold poka dots lmao. Ahhhh those were the days, polyester and very loud colors or odd patterns. Fun....

.....so I am good for my word. I am going to search for a picture that I will try to emulate. I think I may have to do it tomorrow because 70s make up and a new do may take a minute.

I am thinking Halston, scarves, purple eye shadow. Are ya down?

LET ME TELL YOU DARLINGS....I AM BLASTING ABBA TO THE HIGHEST DECIBELS...I GOT THE FROSTY GLOSS ON, PURPLE EYESHADOW AND.......... DANGLY EARRINGS AND A SCARF.....AND A CHARLIE'S ANGEL SHIRT.
