When I first started the Master Key System, I was very intrigued. I was excited for the challenges that were to come and for the benefits I would receive. Now I have definitely seen benefits in my life already and I'm only on Chapter 5.
Ever since the first chapter, every one since has been pretty easy. As a backround, I'm not new to meditation and was doing it not so regularly (a couple times a month) before I started MKS. When I did meditate (combined with my practice of LOA) I had worked on quieting my mind, focusing on specific things, and relaxing.
Those are all the first couple chapters. Mr. Hannel explains that each exercise will be hard at first but then get easier. I have had no problem with them though. Actually, in the last chapter (5), I had already mastered it on the first try. I was able to focus on a place, with people, and emotion with no problems.
So, Is it possible I'm not doing it right or could my minimal training before hand be the cause of the ease I have had? And will it get harder as I progress? I just want to make sure I'm doing it right.
