Isn’t that what is inherent in all negative emotion?
Isn’t that really the best description of fear that you’ve ever heard?
It is the belief that something will happen that will make me feel bad, that I can’t control.
And, when you know and demonstrate that you can always choose the way you choose to feel, now everyone’s off the hook and you are, for the first time, utterly free

Hello friends, now am I crazy to want this but...i dated this guy about a year ago. Things were great between us but never got to the point of love. I did love him but things never worked out. But here we are a year later, he moved on, he's in a deep relationship, I'm still single. I left him alone but my heart lingers on. Before I read and heard about the Secret I believed there is no possible wayfor us to reconnect, even as friends. Even though he's in a commited relationship I did ask the universe that he and I can start a friendly relationship more like talk on the phone, lunch once in a while. In the back if my head all I can wish is for more but never imply because of big relationship. Is this selfish? Should I stop or continue to believe in what I asked for? I truly miss him, do believe he's my companion and I'm ready to give him my all! What should I do? Please help.
